Staging for vacant homes starting at $2000*
We provide full service staging, all you have to do is move everything out and make any necessary repairs/paint touch ups. Our team will come in and set everything up, in a day. Everything is included- furniture, rugs, wall art, accessories, towels, and even a doormat. We can stage every room, or just the main living spaces and the master. Staging Consultations $150
Do you need to sell, but it’s just not possible for you to move out, first? It’s not ideal, but people do it all the time and occupied houses still sell!
We provide one hour, personalized staging consultations, for homeowners who opt to live in the home while it's on the market. Once you decide to sell, your house is a product for sale, it’s no longer your family’s home. Cutting emotional ties and packaging your product to appeal to potential buyers is essential for getting the maximum traffic to your door. We can help you figure out which furniture pieces can be used, what would be best packed up, and what, if anything, you should buy. Consultations are followed by an email with a recap of the appointment, additional information, as well as links and visual examples of staged spaces.
Many brokers I work with, offer to pay for staging consultations for their clients, that's how effective and important consultations are! Even if you don’t need hired staging help, a consultation is an exceptional value and offers a perspective with a fresh pair of eyes and an objective professional opinion.
Occupied home staging accessory packages for DIYers $1000 and up*
We also offer accessory packages to supplement your existing furnishings and can help take the guesswork out of what to use and what to pack. Do you have contemporary furnishings, but don’t know how to arrange it best? Have your pillows, linens, and accessories seen better days? Have you just not gotten around to decorating or hanging wall art because you don’t know what to choose? We can provide a custom accessory package to fill in all the gaps. Relax, we’ve got your back.
*Quoted prices include custom furniture/accessory selection, delivery, set up, rental for 30 days and destaging when you are ready. Signed contract and 50% deposit is due prior to scheduling, to hold your staging date. Remainder of balance is due when staging installation is complete. Upholstered furniture and textiles are not rented to occupied households with pets/small children. Contract may be extended in 30 day increments at 50% of original package price.
